We offer absolutely FREE Delivery for standard express shipping for US$40 or above purchase to many countries WorldWide through delivery companies such as SF Express and Hong Kong Post! The delivery time is usually 7-14 days. However, there may be some charges for special express delivery upon customers’requests. However, we will charge US$6 for the standard delivery for below US$40 purchase. 

Delivery Procedure & Taxes

Before ship your order, we will first prepare your products, do strict quality check and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is seperate from the delivery time. Preparing time is 1-2 working days according to our daily work load.  We appreciate your understanding! 

For international shipping, there may be additional costs such as tax or import duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid first by the recipient of the parcel. Although we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, LOTUSTING.com is happy to cover those costs incurred upon receiving the copy of your receipts, by refunding the amount to your account.

All the items will be packaged in our stylish tailor-made gift boxes. Although delivery time are not guaranteed, they are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments only occur on weekdays, and is subject to change at the time of order. We will keep you informed by email, and you can also track the delivery online, since all our delivery companies provide delivery tracking services. 

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS OR REFUND

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. If return or replacement is not viable, you may opt for DIRECT refund, which amount will be decided and agreed between you and our Customer Service staff. For detailed refund procedure, please refer to the Refund section below.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

  1. It was detected have obvious damages (not caused through delivery);
  2. Items must be received unused (without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition by the customer;
  3. Must have the product tag and circular logo intact and uncut.

HOW To Make a Return 

Within 14 days of the receipt of the delivery, please contact our customer services by email at enquiry@lotusting.com for the return.  You should then fill up the Return Form below with the specific details including order number and item SKU of the returned item, which should be sent together with your returned items.  Except in cases of defective product or wrong goods, the customers have to bear with the cost of return delivery. Defective products mean obvious damages which will affect the outlook and proper functioning of the product, please contact our customer service staff immediately for clarification in such circumstances, albeit all of our goods will be subject to vigorous Quality Check before shipping. However, damages caused through delivery will not be covered. 

Please send the return goods with the return form to us at the designated address through Post Office or any other appropriate delivery company where you see fit, but items must be received within 30 days from the delivered date. It normally take us 3 days to processing your returned items.

About Refund

Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.

LOTUSTING.com will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your returns and verification. Refund of non-return items will be handled separately. We will send you an email to inform you that LOTUSTING.com has received your returns as well as the verification, and asking for your refund account. Once confirmed, refund to your account will be conducted within 7 business days. Alternatively, if you prefer, refund can also be converted into debited amount in our store for coming orders in the future.
